We publish a magazine that features top-producers in The CARE Network, and the impact our program is making in the fight against childhood cancer. We distribute copies to hundreds of local Realtors, and at over 100 local businesses throughout The Midlands! A digital edition is promoted on social media by our agent and sponsor network.

Mailers Promoting YOU (Exclusively) as the Real Estate Expert in Your Community!
We send out tens of thousands of mailers throughout The Midlands to raise awareness for our program. Agents with a CURE sponsorship can get 5,000 mailers sent out in their market area that would have a full page (8.5 x 11) ad for you on one side of the mailer!

Radio Ads Targeting Home Buyers and Sellers
We run a large radio ad campaign to let people know if they’re buying or selling a home that we work with some of the best agents in town, and that a portion of their commission will go to helping local kids fight cancer!

How do referral fees and donations work?
If you receive a client directly from Nick Thiele, Founder and Realtor, via a phone call, text message, or email, it will be clear that if you accept the client a referral fee at closing will be due. This referral fee will be paid to Nick Thiele’s broker, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Medley. Between 10 – 100% of that referral fee will be used as a charitable donation to help kids fight cancer.
We prefer that prospective clients contact our Preferred Agents directly as leads and NOT go through us. This lowers our administrative costs and makes the program operate much simpler. In this case, the client is considered a lead, not a referral, and a minimum donation of $100 must be made to charity.
Is there a contractual obligation for preferred agents to stay in the program?
No. Everything we do is voluntary with the hope of helping kids fight cancer. If an agent needs to stop being a preferred agent for any reason, they can simply contact us and we’ll remove them from the directory.
How do Realtors benefit by having Preferred Affiliates?
Affiliates benefit from exposure to our Realtor network and to more homeowners. We now charge a monthly fee for these affiliates to also be listed on the website, so now we’re using other people’s money to generate real estate leads for our agents!
Do our sponsorship fees go directly to charity?
No, but the donations from the referrals do. The IRS doesn’t allow sponsors to get this level of value in return for your donation. Sponsorships for our program go to promoting the program and generating referrals for our agent network. When we get a referral, we donate a portion of that referral fee to help kids fight cancer. 100% of that donation goes to the cause. There are no admin fees or anything like that.
