STEP 2: Get $1,000 at Closing!
When your transaction closes, your agent will rebate $1,000 of their commission to you as a way to thank you for choosing them, and for participating in a program that’s helping kids fight cancer.
STEP 3: A Donation Will Be Made to Help Kids Fight Cancer!
In addition to the $1,000 you get at closing, your agent will donate $250 to The CARE Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit that raises funds for St. Judes, Children’s Miracle Network, and other great organizations committed to helping kids fight cancer.

Why do Realtors offer $1,000 through this program, but don't usually reduce their commissions, when asked?
Many full-service agents don’t like discounting their commissions because it sets a difficult precedent. Imagine you own a restaurant that offers 20% off to veterans. If someone just walked in and said, “I’ll eat here, but only if I can get 20% my meal.” Do you think the restaurant would do that? Probably not. If they did, it would set a precedent where you may eventually need to offer 20% off to everyone.
There’s no difference in real estate. Full-service agents believe in the value they provide and don’t want to permanently lower their commissions. They happily offer the $1,000 incentive through our program because we faciliated the connection (or referral), and because it helps us fight childhood cancer.
Why do Realtors and sponsors donate and support this program?
For two reasons: (1) they want to use their success in business to help kids fight cancer, and (2) they know that 77% of people consider a company’s charitable giving when choosing who to hire or do business with. If you’re interested in helping kids fight cancer then maybe you’d consider hiring a Realtor or home service provider that also helps kids fight cancer.
Do Realtors also donate a portion of their commissions to help kids fight cancer?
Some do, but it’s up to them. Realtors play the biggest role in this program by offering an exclusive discount of 25% of their commissions that you wouldn’t get elsewhere! Think of it this way…
Imagine that for one day, many suppliers that sell their products at Costco offer to donate 10% of the sale of their products to help kids fight cancer. Now imagine that Costco wants to support these efforts, so to get more shoppers that day, they give their customers a 10% discount on their entire order for that day!
Notice that Costco isn’t donating 10% to charity. Their part is providing a major incentive to get more people in the doors. With more customers that day motivated by the discount, it makes sense that more products will be sold!
Realtors provide thousands in savings to you – regardless of whether or not you choose to hire an affiliate in our network during the transaction!
Do I choose my own agent, or do you choose for me?
You have complete say in which agent you choose – whether it’s one of our preferred agents, or any of the other thousands of agents in your area. Important: to get your guaranteed savings, we need to contact your agent prior to you signing any agreements with them. These incentives and donations are done through a simple referral agreement, so us connecting you with your agent is part of that.
Does it bother Realtors to pay these incentives?
Absolutely not. They pay referral fees all the time to other agents or lead programs. The only difference with us is that instead of some other company making money on your real estate transaction, we pass those savings on to you!
Can donations be made to other nonprofits?
