Search our directory of top-producing agents in your area. It’s simple. You can narrow the results by location, or you can see their brokerage affiliation if that’s important to you.
Need help deciding? We have personally vetted every agent in our network and would be happy to give you a few recommendations based on your specific needs!
STEP 2: Hire an Agent of YOUR CHOICE
You can contact and/or interview as many agents as you’d like before hiring one. It’s an important decision, and we want you to be comfortable with your choice!
Do you want to hire an agent that’s not in our network? No problem. Call or text us and we’ll explain how you can still probably get the $1,000 at closing, and have us make a donation to help kids fight cancer!

That’s it. As long as you mention our program when hiring an agent in The CARE Network, they’ll automatically have that credit applied at closing. Our agents are happy to provide this incentive because it helps them know that supporting our program is important to people!

Where does the money come from for these donations?
Our donations are funded entirely by the great Realtors of South Carolina. We also have local businesses that sponsor our program, but those sponsorships are used to cover operating expenses for The CARE Network so that 100% of our Realtor donations go directly to helping kids fight cancer.
Why do Realtors and sponsors donate and support this program?
For two reasons: (1) they want to use their success in business to help kids fight cancer, and (2) they know that 77% of people consider a company’s charitable giving when choosing who to hire or do business with. If you’re interested in helping kids fight cancer then maybe you’d consider hiring a Realtor or home service provider that also helps kids fight cancer.
How does the donation work for my transaction?
Donations are not transaction specific, meaning your agent isn’t committing to donate X% or X number of dollars from their commission on any given transaction. In some cases it does work this way, but in other cases a Realtor might choose to write an annual check to Prisma Health for $10,000. What matters is this cause is important to them. The more successful we can make these agents, the more they’re able to give!
Do I choose my own agent, or do you choose for me?
You have complete say in which agent you choose. We’re here to help if you want an opinion on who may be most qualified to represent you. We know each agent and analyze things like experience in your market area, experience with your property type, education, negotiation experience, communication skills, and more.
Can donations to be made to other nonprofits?
Yes! Our primary focus is on helping kids fight cancer but there are many great causes we’d be willing to support. If there is another cause you’d like an agent to support that is more specifically tied to your transaction, please call or text Nick at 803-825-8087 to help make that happen.
