How it Works
Hire a CARE Agent
If you are buying or selling a home, search our directory of top Realtors in your area and choose one that you trust! If you want to hire an agent that’s not listed, no problem! You can work with any agent you choose!
Get it in Writing!
It’s important that your agent documents both your rebate and the charitable donation in the agreement you sign with them. The easiest way to make sure this is done correctly is to have us send your agent a rebate and donation agreement BEFORE you sign anything. Then you don’t even need to think about it!
Donation Made at Closing
When your transaction closes, your agent will set aside 25% of his or her commission to help our cause. The first $1,000 goes to you in the form of either a check or credit towards your closing costs. Everything that’s left is donated to the nonprofit!
Animal Mission
Animal Mission works to provide affordable and accessible spay and neuter services for pet owners in the Midlands of South Carolina, in an effort to reduce municipal shelter overcrowding and resource-based euthanasia. We also proudly support our local municipal shelter through service projects and facility improvements in order to enhance the stay and outcome for their pets while they await their next homes.
