How it Works
Hire a CARE Agent
If you are buying or selling a home, search our directory of top Realtors in your area and choose one that you trust! If you want to hire an agent that’s not listed, no problem! You can work with any agent you choose!
Get it in Writing!
It’s important that your agent documents both your rebate and the charitable donation in the agreement you sign with them. The easiest way to make sure this is done correctly is to have us send your agent a rebate and donation agreement BEFORE you sign anything. Then you don’t even need to think about it!
Donation Made at Closing
When your transaction closes, your agent will set aside 25% of his or her commission to help our cause. The first $1,000 goes to you in the form of either a check or credit towards your closing costs. Everything that’s left is donated to the nonprofit!

All About Animals Transfer & Rescue, Inc. is a non-profit, no-kill, volunteer dog rescue organization serving primarily the Conway/Horry County South Carolina plus both Carolinas area. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs left homeless for whatever reason – dogs in public shelters where they are at high risk of euthanasia due to pet overpopulation, dogs given up by their owners because of difficult circumstances, unclaimed injured dogs and those in danger of abuse or neglect. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives.
